I feel much stronger, have better balance, and I have never had to worry about being injured during my workouts. She always finds ways to make the workouts both effective and fun. We are constantly doing new things but at the same time the exercises are aimed specifically at my weaknesses, so I improve. I highly recommend her!

I worked with Kendra for about six months and truly appreciate her individualized approach to training. At 71, I had valid concerns about my balance, strength and endurance, as well as losing the pounds that had crept up on me over the years. Kendra targeted strengthening my core and balance, and I saw improvement in many areas. She challenged me to “keep at it” with increasing difficulty, but never with risk. Kendra made training an important part of my life.

As I come to the end of my first year of training with Kendra Gray, I thought I would update my review.
Kendra continues to blend her kind and gentle personality with her knowledge and experience to create an atmosphere of awareness of my health and conditioning. Kendra's motto is "accept where you are today so you can improve tomorrow." This attitude has been very helpful for both she and I. Kendra is particularly adept at tweeking exercises to allow me to accomplish the task today and progress with time.
With her suggestions regarding diet and training, I have lost 25 pounds and improved my strength and balance.
Kendra is definitely 5 star!

Kendra has been my personal trainer for almost 4 year. During our training, my strength and conditioning have improved exponentially. She always knows what is best for your body and also how to push you without risking for an injury. Kendra's attitude towards her clients is unbelievable, she cares for them and also wants them to excel in their training. Would choose her over any trainer.
